You can find here information about us and our services

Churches open for private prayer.

Following the decision announced by the First Minister and following the guidance issued by the Church In Wales we are preparing to open All Saints and St Mary’s for the purposes of Private Prayer only.

St Mary’s will be open 2.00 pm-4.00 pm on Tuesday, a maximum of 20 people will be allowed in the building at any one time.

All Saints will be open on Wednesday 10.00 am-12.00 noon, a maximum of 14 people will be allowed in the building at any one time.

Both buildings have been prepared with a strict one way system which is clearly marked out. There are hand sanitisation stations as you enter and leave by separate entrance and exit. Social distancing must be observed at all times. A rigid cleaning system will be in place before and after each session. To start with we will open for two hours each week in each building and closely monitor and review the situation.

Please respect the social distancing and the direction from stewards, you will be required to hand sanatise as you enter and leave the building. Please follow the directions to enter and leave the building.

For us to do this safely we require volunteers to keep the buildings open and help with the cleaning at each session. The safety of visitors and volunteers is of the utmost importance and we want to keep everyone safe as well as our buildings as this is an important step forward in returning to public worship in the future.
Therefore if you are:
Under 70
Not self isolating or shielding
(People in these groups are vulnerable and we are concerned for each and everyone’s safety at this time and want to keep everyone safe. This criteria will be reviewed in line with advice from the Welsh Government and the Church In Wales)
and you are willing to help PLEASE contact
Mr Chris Chaulk at All Saints on 01446 412816
Mrs Ellen Willis at St Mary’s on 01446 736858
It would be helpful if you could indicate your availability in future weeks so we can advertise in advance when we are open, which depends on volunteers being available.
Any concerns or comments about these arrangements please direct them to me.
Thank you for your patience, understanding and support. We have been waiting a long time for this to happen and it is important we get it right and keep everyone safe.

Thank you for your cooperation.
